The College of Education offers the Bachelor's degree with teacher certification in conjunction with courses available from three other Schools (Business, Liberal Arts, and Science, Engineering and Math).
Degree of Bachelor of Science with certification in the following areas:

Biology Education 6-12
The Bachelor of Science in Biology Education is designed for students who plan to teach Biology in grades 6-12.
Business Education 6-12
The Bachelor of Science in Business Education is designed for students who plan to teach Business in grades 6-12.
Elementary Education K-6/ESOL Endorsement/Reading Endorsement
The Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education is designed for students who plan to teach students in grades K-6.
English Education 6 -12/ESOL
Exceptional Student Education/ESOL Endorsement/Reading Endorsement
The Bachelor of Science in Exceptional Student Education is designed for students who plan to teach students with specific learning disabilities, mental disabilities, emotional disabilities, or varying exceptionalities in grades K-12.
Physical Education K-12
The Bachelor of Science in Physical Education is designed for students who plan to teach physical education in grades K-12.
Music Education K-12
The Bachelor of Arts in Music Education is designed for students who plan to teach Music in grades K-12.
Social Science Education 6-12
The Bachelor of Arts in Social Science Education is designed for students who plan to teach Social Science in grades 6-12.
Master’s of Education – Exceptional Student Education
The program is a fully online Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education that consists of 33 credit hours. Scholars in the program will complete general Exceptional student education courses with 4 endorsement courses in either Autism or Pre-K Disability.
The program is strategically designed so that current teachers have the option of completing their endorsement courses through the COE at BCU.
The program, designed and developed as a fully online program, will meet the needs of working professionals. The courses will be asynchronous, but include synchronous opportunities with faculty and guest teachers in the field. Click here for the Graduate School Application web page.
