Graduate Students

Bethune-Cookman University seeks to enroll graduate students with the potential and desire to further their career and intellectual development. Each applicant is evaluated individually based on their academic performance at the undergraduate level, professional experience and demonstrated interest in obtaining an advanced degree.

Graduate Admission Criteria

To be considered for admissions to a graduate program at Bethune-Cookman, the applicant must have satisfactorily completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, and meet other program specific requirements.  

All applicants for graduate studies at B-CU must submit the following:

  • A completed application for Graduate Studies
  • Official copies of transcript(s) including all undergraduate academic experiences
  • A $50 non-refundable application fee

Upon completion of the initiation application, the following additional supporting documentation may be required:

  • Personal Statement or Essay
  • Three Letters of Recommendation
  • Resume
  • GRE scores
  • Teaching Certificate
