About Client Services 

The Client Services (CS) division is responsible for providing support, coordination, and direction to Bethune-Cookman University students, faculty, and staff for all technology needs. Commonly referred to as the Help-Desk, the Client Services division provides a single entry point for University personnel and students to submit their information technology (IT) requests; and generally should be the first place one calls with computer-related issues. If the Client Services division cannot resolve a request, it is escalated to the appropriate area of CIT for resolution based on routing rules.

The Help Desk is available from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Submit your request via email: Simply send a message with your request details to helpdesk@cookman.edu and a ticket will automatically be generated.
