B-CU Online Scholarship Application Process

The Bethune-Cookman University Scholarship Online Application allows you to apply for Endowed, Annual, and Academic scholarships. The application is currently closed, but will reopen through November-March 24th. Incomplete applications are not considered.

For consideration applicants must:

1. Be accepted and/or enrolled at the University as a full-time student. 
2. Complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the years of applying for scholarships.

A complete FAFSA would include:
1. Apply for your Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID at (https://fsaid.ed.gov/npas/index.htm).
2. Apply for financial aid at (www.fafsa.gov) by March 24th. Selecting the IRS Data Retrieval Tool speeds up the completion of the FAFSA.
3. If selected, submission of all verification documents by March 24th. Forms can be completed on Dynamic Forms.

Additional Scholarship Application and Eligibility Information

  • Meeting the minimum scholarship requirements does not guarantee that you will be awarded a scholarship.
  • Scholarship funding is limited. We recommend you apply early for maximum consideration.
  • To be considered for renewal, you must reapply each year. Renewal awards are based on available funding and are not guaranteed.
  • B-CU Scholarships are generally awarded for the fall and/or spring semesters only.

Please Note: Dual-enrolled, transient students, Presidential Scholars, Excelsior Scholars, Bethune-Cookman University employees and/or their dependents may not apply for Bethune-Cookman University Institutional Scholarships.
