Charles Randolph Wright
B-CU's La-Doris McClaney School of Performing Arts and Communication and the Department of Theatre in collaboration with New Professional Theatre, NYC will conduct a five-day interactive course designed to introduce B-CU students to the day-to-day inside mechanisms of the professional world of show business in the United States, where each student will interact with acclaimed professionals to gain insight into the entertainment industry.
The five-day course kicks off today Monday, February 4,
Each class will consist of an interview and question and answer session, where industry professionals will describe their work, career journey, and the preparation students will need to enter the field of entertainment.
The five-day interdisciplinary course schedule is as follows:
Monday, February 4th, 3-5 p.m.: DIRECTING, Charles Randolph Wright
Tuesday, February 5th, 6-8 p.m.: ACTING, Tracey Moore Marable
Wednesday, February 6th, 6-8 p.m.: DANCE (for Dancers ONLY), Michelle Robinson
Friday, February 8th, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.: GENERAL MANAGEMENT, Nancy Gibbs
Tuesday, February 26th, 6-8 p.m.: MUSIC, Daryl Waters
